Adam Rinder

Adam was introduced to AcroYoga during its formative stages and has established himself as a leader in the community, co-facilitating teacher trainings and traveling extensively around the world sharing the practice. He offers the practice as a gateway to the heart, to reveal our true nature and deeper sense of purpose + to facilitate personal transformation with the support of community. In addition to teaching, Adam has directed Om Factory and established it as one of NYC’s most innovative yoga studios, balancing fun and irreverence with integrity and innovation.
