Taste the commitment of local agricultural producers along with the talent of Copper's Chef Taladay, in the beautiful Grand Hall at the base of world-famous slopes and the US Ski Team's Speed Center. Colorado's agricultural producers include Jumpin Goat Cheese, Honey Smoked Salmon, Red Bird Chicken, Colorado Natural Beef, and Haystack Goat Cheese, along with fresh, seasonal produce. $70 prix fixe includes tax, gratuity and two glasses of The Naked Grape wine.
