As a nurse working in critical care Jessica realized how important her yoga practice was in helping her find peace in her chaotic schedule. Jessica offers a dynamic Vinyasa flow class integrating breath and proper alignment, which challenges one to move out of their comfort zone, while applying the most emphasis on having fun. Jessica’s outgoing personality and southern hospitality creates a welcoming environment for all levels to play and enjoy the natural benefits of yoga on a paddleboard. Jessica enjoys teaching BOGA Yoga because she believes taking yoga outdoors and onto a floating mat invites a sense of playfulness and adventure often lost in our daily grind. There is nowhere Jessica would rather be than on her BOGA Yoga Paddleboard sharing her love of yoga in the sunshine and warm salty air.
